颈部淋巴结转移癌的超声引导下射频消融治疗

【摘要】：目的评价超声引导下射频消融(RFA)治疗颈部淋巴结转移癌的疗效及安全性。方法超声引导下射频消融治疗49例恶性肿瘤术后发生颈部淋巴结转移癌患者。结果总射频转移淋巴结病灶118枚,术后超声造影示所有射频病灶消融完全。并发症主要有皮肤灼伤、局部疼痛、恶心、胃部不适等。平均随访(10.8±6.4)个月,均未发生局部复发和(或)肿瘤残留。术后射频灶均出现不同程度的缩小,射频淋巴结明显缩小(缩小率≥80%)65枚,部分缩小(50%≤缩小率80%)30枚,小部分缩小(缩小率50%)23枚。结论超声引导下射频消融技术可以作为颈部淋巴结转移癌的微创治疗手段,可提高治疗疗效及生存质量。
