二维及三维超声对婴幼儿血管瘤的诊断价值

【摘要】:目的探讨二维及三维超声对婴幼儿血管瘤的诊断价值。方法对95个体表婴幼儿血管瘤进行二维灰阶、彩色多普勒超声检查及其中69个血管瘤进行实时三维超声检查,根据瘤体侵犯的组织层次进行分类,分析各类型声像图特点。结果三种类型血管瘤的回声构成比、血流构成比、动脉收缩期峰值流速、静脉流速具有统计学差异。实时三维超声成像可显示血管瘤整体的血流空间分布,并能显示主要供应和回流血管的数目及位置。结论常规高频二维灰阶及彩色多普勒超声能够准确地对婴幼儿血管瘤进行诊断并分类,实时三维成像可直观立体地显示瘤体内的血管网,是二维超声的必要补充。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the value of two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of infantile hemangioma. Methods of two-dimensional gray scale of 95 body surface infantile hemangioma, color Doppler ultrasound and 69 hemangioma by real-time three-dimensional ultrasound examination, were divided into categories according to the tumor invasion of the levels of the organization, analysis of the characteristics of various types of images. The results echo three the type of hemangioma of the constituent ratio, the constituent ratio of blood flow, peak systolic velocity, blood flow velocity was statistically significant. Real time 3D ultrasound imaging can show the overall distribution of hemangioma blood flow space, and can display the number and location of the main supply and return of blood vessels. Conclusion: conventional two-dimensional gray-scale and color Doppler ultrasound can accurately diagnosis and the classification of infantile hemangioma, real-time three-dimensional imaging can show the tumor vascular network is a necessary complement to the intuitive three-dimensional and two-dimensional ultrasound.
