微小RNA-214在宫颈癌中的研究进展

【摘要】:微小RNA(miRNA)可在转录后水平调控肿瘤相关基因的表达,从而在肿瘤发生发展等过程中发挥重要作用。研究显示,miR-214在宫颈癌细胞中表达异常,并可通过与多种宫颈癌相关基因(包括Plexin-B1、GALNT7以及TFAM等)的相互作用抑制宫颈癌细胞的增殖、迁移、侵袭能力,促进宫颈癌细胞的凋亡。文中就近年来有关miR-214在宫颈癌中的研究进展进行综述,以期探索miR-214与宫颈癌发生发展之间的关系,并为宫颈癌的临床诊断和治疗提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:Small RNAs miRNAs can regulate the expression of tumor-related genes at post-transcriptional level and thus play an important role in tumorigenesis and development.The results showed that the expression of miR-214 was abnormal in cervical cancer cells, and could inhibit the proliferation, migration and invasion of cervical cancer cells and promote the apoptosis of cervical cancer cells through the interaction of many kinds of cervical cancer related genes (including Plexin-B1GALNT7 and TFAM).This paper reviews the research progress of miR-214 in cervical cancer in recent years in order to explore the relationship between miR-214 and the occurrence and development of cervical cancer and to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer.
