超声诊断三阴性乳腺癌的研究进展

【摘要】：分子分型中,三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)多属于的基底样型,由于其高度侵袭性、预后差、缺乏靶向治疗方案,一直是近年来的研究热点。目前,诊断TNBC的特异性影像学征象很少,超声为乳腺癌筛查最常用的检查方法。本文对超声诊断TNBC的研究进展进行综述。
[Abstract]:In molecular classification, TNBCC (tri-negative breast cancer) belongs to the base-like type. Because of its high invasion, poor prognosis and lack of targeted therapy, it has been a hot research topic in recent years. At present, there are few specific imaging signs in the diagnosis of TNBC, ultrasound is the most commonly used examination method for breast cancer screening. This article reviews the research progress of ultrasonic diagnosis of TNBC.
