肿瘤疫苗在肺癌治疗中的进展

【摘要】：肺癌是世界上最常见恶性肿瘤,也是引起肿瘤性死亡的主要原因。手术、化疗和放疗等传统抗肿瘤手段在一定程度上达到瓶颈。近年来,免疫治疗在恶性肿瘤治疗领域中显示出广阔前景。肿瘤免疫原性低,不能引起机体足够的抗肿瘤免疫,是肿瘤免疫逃逸机制之一。肿瘤疫苗是利用肿瘤细胞或肿瘤抗原物质诱导机体的特异性细胞免疫和体液免疫反应,增强机体的抗癌能力,阻止肿瘤的生长、扩散和复发,以达到清除或控制肿瘤的目的。本文将系统总结近年来肿瘤疫苗在肺癌治疗中的研究进展。
[Abstract]:Lung cancer is the most common malignant tumor in the world and the main cause of cancer death. Traditional anti-tumor methods such as surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy have to some extent reached the bottleneck. In recent years, immunotherapy has shown a broad prospect in the field of malignant tumor treatment. The low immunogenicity of tumor can not induce sufficient anti-tumor immunity, which is one of the mechanisms of tumor immune escape. Tumor vaccine is to induce specific cellular and humoral immune responses by tumor cells or tumor antigen substances, enhance the body's anticancer ability, prevent tumor growth, diffusion and recurrence, in order to clear or control the tumor. In this paper, the progress of tumor vaccine in the treatment of lung cancer in recent years is summarized systematically.
