肿瘤微环境相关因子IL-6、IL-10、CXCR7在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及临床意义

【摘要】:目的:探讨肿瘤微环境相关因子IL-6、IL-10、CXCR7在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测50例甲状腺乳头状癌、20例结节性甲状腺肿组织中IL-6、IL-10、CXCR7的表达,比较三者在两种组织中的表达差异,并分析三者与甲状腺乳头状癌临床病理因素的关系。结果:IL-6、IL-10、CXCR7蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌中的阳性表达率均明显高于结节性甲状腺肿组(62.0%vs.30.0%,52.0%vs.20.0%,66.0%vs.35.0%,均P0.05)。甲状腺乳头状癌中IL-6、IL-10的高表达与癌灶的包膜侵犯有关(均P0.05),CXCR7的高表达与淋巴结转移有关(P0.05)。结论:肿瘤微环境相关因子IL-6、IL-10和CXCR7在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中表达上调,其表达水平可作为评估甲状腺乳头状癌恶性侵袭及转移参考的指标。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression and clinical significance of tumor microenvironment related factor IL-6, IL-10 and CXCR7 in papillary thyroid carcinoma. Methods: immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of IL-6, IL-10 and CXCR7 in 50 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma and 20 cases of nodular goiter. The relationship between the three factors and the clinicopathological factors of papillary thyroid carcinoma was analyzed. Results the positive expression rate of CXCR7 protein in papillary thyroid carcinoma was significantly higher than that in nodular goiter group (P 0.05). The high expression of IL-6 and IL-10 in papillary thyroid carcinoma was associated with the invasion of the capsule (P 0.05) and the high expression of CXCR7 was associated with lymph node metastasis (P 0.05). Conclusion: tumor microenvironment related factors IL-6, IL-10 and CXCR7 are up-regulated in papillary thyroid carcinoma. The expression level of IL-10 and CXCR7 may be used as a reference index to evaluate the malignant invasion and metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma.
