锌指蛋白217在结肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

【摘要】：目的检测锌指蛋白217(ZNF217)在结肠癌中的表达,分析ZNF217的表达水平与结肠癌患者临床病理特征及结肠癌患者生存与预后的相关性。方法利用免疫组织化学方法检测84例结肠癌患者组织标本及相应癌旁组织中ZNF217的表达水平,并利用Spearman秩相关、K-M曲线及Cox比例风险回归模型等统计方法分析ZNF217在结肠癌中的临床相关性。结果免疫组化结果发现结肠癌组织中ZNF217阳性表达率高于癌旁组织。Spearman秩相关显示ZNF217的表达水平与结肠癌患者TNM分期和淋巴转移情况呈正相关,且与其他结肠癌患者临床病理特征无相关性。K-M曲线显示ZNF217表达水平与结肠癌患者术后总体生存率及无进展生存率呈负相关。Cox风险比例模型显示ZNF217可作为判断结肠癌预后独立的预测指标。结论 ZNF217在结肠癌组织中表达升高,且可作为判断结肠癌患者生存及预后的独立的潜在分子指标。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of zinc finger protein 217 (ZNF217) in colon cancer, and to analyze the relationship between the expression of ZNF217 and clinicopathological features, survival and prognosis of colon cancer patients. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of ZNF217 in 84 patients with colon cancer and its adjacent tissues. The clinical correlation of ZNF217 in colon cancer was analyzed by Spearman rank correlation K-M curve and Cox proportional risk regression model. Results the positive expression rate of ZNF217 in colon cancer tissue was higher than that in paracancerous tissue. Spearman rank correlation showed that the expression level of ZNF217 was positively correlated with TNM stage and lymphatic metastasis of colon cancer patients. There was no correlation with clinicopathological features of other colon cancer patients. K-M curve showed that ZNF217 expression level was negatively correlated with overall survival rate and progression free survival rate of colon cancer patients after operation. Cox risk ratio model showed that ZNF217 could be used as a predictor of colon. An independent predictor of cancer prognosis. Conclusion the expression of ZNF217 is increased in colon cancer tissues, and it can be used as an independent potential molecular marker to judge the survival and prognosis of colon cancer patients.
