ERβ基因多态性与新疆维、汉民族女性乳腺癌相关性研究

【摘要】：目的：探讨雌激素受体(ER)β基因Rsal位点基因多态性与新疆维、汉民族乳腺癌易感性的关系。方法：应用聚合酶链反应-限制性内切酶片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法检测130例维吾尔族女性乳腺癌患者、125例维吾尔族健康女性、120例汉族女性乳腺癌患者及118例汉族健康女性的ERβ基因Rsal位点多态性,比较该位点多态性与新疆维、汉女性乳腺癌易感性的关系。结果：维、汉两民族病例组、对照组基因型分布及等位基因频率均具有显著差异(P0.05)。在维吾尔族组中,与rr基因型相比,携带Rr基因型者OR值为0.950,95% CI 0.529-1.707,P0.05,差异无统计学意义；在汉族组中,病例组与对照组的基因型分布差异及等位基因频率均有统计学差异(P0.05),相对于rr基因型,携带Rr基因型显著降低了乳腺癌的发病风险(OR 0.370,95% CI 0.279-0.792,P0.05),差异有统计学意义。携带Rr基因型在BMI≥25Kg/m2、无肿瘤家族史的维吾尔族妇女中乳腺癌的发病风险降低,在年龄为36～49岁、初潮年龄为13～16岁、无多产史或BMI25Kg/m2的汉族妇女中乳腺癌的发病风险降低,ERβ基因多态性与ER、PR、Her-2表达均无相关性(P0.05)。结论：病例组、对照组中维、汉两民族基因型分布及等位基因频率具有显著差异。在维、汉人群中,ERβ基因Rsal位点多态性与乳腺癌的发生有关。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between the polymorphism of estrogen receptor (ER) 尾 gene Rsal locus and the susceptibility to breast cancer in Uygur and Han ethnic groups in Xinjiang. Methods: polymerase chain reaction-restriction endonuclease fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) was used to detect 130 Uygur women with breast cancer, 125 healthy Uygur women with breast cancer and 120 Han women with breast cancer and 118 healthy women with Han nationality. The polymorphism of ER 尾 gene Rsal locus in healthy women, To compare the relationship between the polymorphism of this locus and the susceptibility to breast cancer in Weiwei and Han Chinese women. Results: there were significant differences in genotype distribution and allele frequency between the two ethnic groups (P0.05). In Uygur group, the OR value of Rr genotype was 0.950% 95% CI 0.529-1.707 P0.05.The difference was not significant in Han nationality group. The genotype distribution and allele frequency were significantly different between the case group and the control group (P0.05). Compared with the rr genotype, the risk of breast cancer was significantly decreased by carrying the Rr genotype (OR 0.370,95% CI 0.279-0.792P 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant.
