肾癌根治术后患者生命质量的调查研究

【摘要】：了解肾癌根治手术后患者生命质量现状,探讨影响肾癌根治患者术后生命质量的因素,为有针对性地制定提高肾癌根治患者术后生命质量的干预措施提供科学依据。采用横断面调查研究,应用领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、医学应对问卷(MCMQ)以及自行编制的肾癌术后生命质量调查评定表,采用问卷调查的方法对195例肾癌根治患者的生命质量进行测量和评价。运用SPSS 19.0软件对调查数据进行统计学分析,运用t检验、F检验进行组间差异的比较,运用多重线性逐步分析进行多因素分析。结果,经向后的逐步线性回归分析,影响生命质量因素包括社会支持中的家庭内、家庭外支持、应对方式中的面对、回避、屈服。肾癌根治手术后患者生命质量与患者社会支持、应对方式有关。肾癌术后患者在应对方式与常模有差异,表现为回避与屈服。肾癌术后患者在社会支持得分高于直肠癌患者的得分,说明有更好的社会支持。
[Abstract]:To understand the quality of life (QOL) of patients with renal cell carcinoma after radical resection, to explore the factors affecting the quality of life (QOL) of patients with renal cell carcinoma (RCC), and to provide scientific basis for improving the quality of life (QOL) of patients with RCC. A cross-sectional study was conducted with the perceived Social support scale (PSSS), the Medical coping questionnaire (MCMQ) and the quality of Life (QOL) questionnaire developed by ourselves. The quality of life (QOL) of 195 patients with RCC was measured and evaluated by questionnaire. SPSS 19.0 software was used to analyze the data of investigation statistically, t test F test was used to compare the differences among groups, and multiple linear stepwise analysis was used to carry out multivariate analysis. The results of stepwise linear regression analysis showed that the factors affecting the quality of life included social support in the family, external support, coping style in the face, avoidance, and submission. The quality of life of patients after radical nephrectomy is related to social support and coping style. The coping style of patients with renal carcinoma after operation was different from that of norm, showing avoidance and submission. The score of social support in patients with renal cancer was higher than that in patients with rectal cancer, indicating that there was better social support.
