IL-17F与肿瘤关系的研究进展

【摘要】:白细胞介素17F(interleukin-17F,IL-17F)是主要由Th17细胞分泌的促炎症因子,属于IL-17家族,与家族另一成员IL-17A有极强的同源性。IL-17F具有独特的生物学功能,可诱导多种趋化因子和细胞因子的表达,参与免疫细胞应答及炎症反应,在发挥抑制肿瘤细胞进展的同时亦有促进肿瘤进展和转移的风险。本文对IL-17F的生物学功能、抑瘤效应及促瘤效应等方面的研究进展和取得的新成果进行了综述,为IL-17F在相关肿瘤治疗方面提供依据。
[Abstract]:Interleukin 17F (interleukin-17F, IL-17F), a proinflammatory factor secreted mainly by Th17 cells, belongs to the IL-17 family and has a very strong homologous.IL-17F with another member of the family member IL-17A. It has a unique biological function, which can induce a variety of chemokines and cytokines, participate in immune response and inflammation, and play an inhibitory role. The development of tumor cells also has the risk of promoting tumor progression and metastasis. This article reviews the progress and new achievements of the biological function, tumor suppressor effect and tumor promoting effect of IL-17F, which provides the basis for IL-17F in the treatment of tumor.
