周方案紫杉醇联合复方苦参注射液同步放化疗治疗局部晚期老年食管癌临床观察

【摘要】：目的:观察周方案紫杉醇联合复方苦参注射液同步放化疗治疗老年局部晚期食管癌的疗效。方法:2012年3月—2015年3月间收治的39例局部晚期老年食管癌患者,给予紫杉醇周方案同步放疗,同时应用复方苦参注射液直至放疗结束。观察同步放化疗的近期疗效及毒副反应情况。结果:紫杉醇周方案同步放化疗联合复方苦参注射液治疗局部晚期老年食管癌,有效率74.4%。3级急性放射性食管炎发生率10.2%;≤70岁与70岁患者相比不良反应差异无统计学意义(P㩳0.05)。结论:紫杉醇周方案联合复方苦参注射液同步放化疗治疗老年局部晚期食管癌患者,取得了较好的临床近期疗效,耐受性良好。
