CXCL12与Wnt2b蛋白在胆管癌组织中的中的表达及其临床意义

【摘要】:目的:本研究通过免疫组织化学法检测胆管癌组织及非恶性胆管系统疾病组织中CXCL12与Wnt2b蛋白的表达,并探讨CXCL12与Wnt2b蛋白在胆管癌组织中的表达情况与性别、年龄、组织分化程度、胆管癌TNM分期及是否有淋巴结转移之间的关系。方法:实验采用以抗原、抗体相结合为原理的免疫组织化学染色法,对CXCL12、Wnt2b在胆管癌及非恶性胆道系统疾病组织中的表达进行测定,并分析其与胆管癌相关病理特征之间的关系。入选及排除标准:排除其他部位恶性肿瘤病史者,且术前未接受放化疗治疗。统计学方法:应用χ2检验检测两种蛋白的阳性表达率是否存在差异,并分析数据相关性,所有数据应用统计学软件进行统计学分析,当P0.05时,认为差异具有统计学意义。结果:(1).在胆管癌组织及非恶性胆管系统疾病组织中CXCL12蛋白的阳性表达具有显著差异(P0.05),分别为:89.2%、23.3%;(2).在胆管癌组织及非恶性胆管系统疾病组织中Wnt2b蛋白的阳性表达同样具有显著差异(P0.05),分别为:86.2%、16.7%;(3).CXCL12在胆管癌组织中的表达与患者性别、年龄、组织分化程度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期无关(P0.05);(4).Wnt2b在胆管癌组织中的表达与患者性别、年龄无关(P0.05),与组织分化程度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期有关联(P0.05),即在组织分化程度为中低分化、淋巴结转移组、TNM为Ⅲ、Ⅳ期组呈高表达;(5).CXCL12与Wnt2b的表达呈正相关(r=0.28,P0.05)。结论:(1).CXCL12与Wnt2b两种蛋白可能均参与了胆管癌疾病的发生、发展、浸润与转移过程;(2).两种蛋白联合检测的方法可以更加准确的进行疾病的诊断、组织分型、TNM分期及淋巴结转移的判定。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the expression of CXCL12 and Wnt2b protein in cholangiocarcinoma and non-malignant bile duct diseases by immunohistochemical method, and to investigate the expression of CXCL12 and Wnt2b in cholangiocarcinoma, sex and age. Relationship between tissue differentiation, TNM staging of cholangiocarcinoma and lymph node metastasis. Methods: the expression of CXCL12Wnt2b in cholangiocarcinoma and non-malignant biliary tract diseases was determined by immunohistochemical staining based on antigen and antibody, and the relationship between CXCL12Wnt2b and the pathological features of cholangiocarcinoma was analyzed. Inclusion and exclusion criteria: patients with history of malignant tumors in other parts were excluded and were not treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy before operation. Statistical method: 蠂 2 test was used to detect the difference of positive expression rate of the two proteins, and the data correlation was analyzed. All data were analyzed by statistical software. When P0.05, the difference was considered statistically significant. Results: (1). The positive expression of CXCL12 protein was significantly different in cholangiocarcinoma tissues and non-malignant cholangiocarcinoma tissues (P0.05), which were respectively: (1) 89. 2% and 23. 3%; (2). The positive expression of Wnt2b protein was also significantly different in cholangiocarcinoma tissues and non-malignant cholangiocarcinoma tissues (P0.05), respectively, and the expression of CXCL12 in cholangiocarcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in patients with cholangiocarcinoma (P 0.05), and the expression of CXCL12 in cholangiocarcinoma tissues was correlated with the sex, age and degree of tissue differentiation.
