巨大子宫肌瘤瘤体自发破裂1例报告

【摘要】：正子宫肌瘤是育龄期女性常见的子宫良性肿瘤,妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的发病率约为0.1%~3.9%~([1])。妊娠合并子宫肌瘤常见的并发症包括流产、早产、胎膜早破(PROM)、未足月胎膜早破(PPROM)、阻塞产道、产后出血及变性~([2-3])。子宫肌瘤妊娠期间多发生红色变性及透明样变,变性、坏死、感染亦好发于产褥期。本文报道1例剖宫产
[Abstract]:Positive uterine leiomyoma is a common benign tumor of uterus in women of childbearing age. The incidence of pregnancy complicated with uterine leiomyoma is about 0.1 ~ 3.9 ~ (1). Common complications of pregnancy with uterine leiomyoma include abortion, premature delivery, premature rupture of membranes, (PPROM), obstruction of the birth canal, postpartum hemorrhage and degeneration ~ (2-3). Uterine leiomyoma during pregnancy more red degeneration and hyaline degeneration, necrosis, infection also occurred in the puerperium. A case of cesarean section is reported.
