结直肠癌患者外周血可溶性IL-2受体和IL-6水平变化与患者生活质量及临床预后的关系

【摘要】：目的探讨结直肠癌患者外周血可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)和白细胞介素(IL)-6水平变化与患者生活质量和临床预后的关系。方法选择结直肠癌患者86例为结直肠癌组,另选择同期健康体检者47例为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定两组sIL-2R和IL-6水平,分析sIL-2R和IL-6水平与结直肠癌患者临床资料、术后生活质量及临床预后的关系。结果结直肠癌组外周血sIL-2R和IL-6水平显著高于对照组(P0.05);外周血sIL-2R和IL-6水平与结直肠癌患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、肿瘤位置、分化程度无关(P0.05);有淋巴结转移者sIL-2R和IL-6水平显著高于无淋巴结转移者,TNF分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期者sIL-2R和IL-6水平显著高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期者(P0.05);sIL-2R和IL-6高水平组健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)评分、终点事件发生率与sIL-2R和IL-6低水平组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 sIL-2R和IL-6在结直肠癌患者中呈高水平表达,其表达水平与淋巴结转移情况和临床分期有关,高水平IL-2R和IL-6者术后生活质量较低,临床预后较差。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the levels of soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) and interleukin-6 (IL) -6) in peripheral blood of patients with colorectal cancer and their quality of life and clinical prognosis.
