乳腺癌术后患者体力活动状况的研究进展

【摘要】：体力活动与乳腺癌术后患者的生活质量密切相关,包括频率、持续时间、强度等要素。目前尚无统一的测量工具,常用的方法有主观测量和客观测量两种。主观测量方法主要有体力活动日记、体力活动问卷,由被调查者自我报告体力活动状况;客观测量方法有双标水法、间接热量测定法、运动传感器测定法、心率监测法。乳腺癌术后患者的年龄、文化程度、社会和经济地位、体质量指数与其体力活动水平相关,疾病与治疗相关情况、心理和社会支持情况、健康相关生活质量亦会影响其体力活动水平,建议此类患者在术前提高自己的体力活动水平。
[Abstract]:Physical activity is closely related to the quality of life of breast cancer patients, including frequency, duration, intensity and other factors. At present, there are no uniform measuring tools. The commonly used methods are subjective measurement and objective measurement. Subjective measurement methods mainly included physical activity diary, physical activity questionnaire, self-report of physical activity by the respondents, objective measurement methods were double-labeled water method, indirect calorimetric method, exercise sensor method, heart rate monitoring method. Age, education, social and economic status, body mass index (BMI) were correlated with the level of physical activity, disease and treatment, psychological and social support. Health-related quality of life can also affect their physical activity level. It is recommended that these patients improve their physical activity level before operation.
