RNA解螺旋酶DDX5在肿瘤中的研究进展

【摘要】:RNA解螺旋酶DDX5(DEAD-box helicase 5)是一种具有多种生物活性功能的核蛋白,在核糖体生物合成、细胞增殖及凋亡等多种生物学过程中发挥重要作用,同时也对多种转录因子具有共激活作用。最新研究发现,DDX5在乳腺癌、前列腺癌、非小细胞肺癌等多种肿瘤组织中表达异常,参与肿瘤生物学行为的调控,是肿瘤诊断及预后的新标志。探索DDX5在肿瘤中的作用机制可能对诊疗及预后均有重要意义。该文就DDX5基因及蛋白的结构和功能,特别是其在肿瘤中的研究进展作一综述,并对其研究前景进行展望。
[Abstract]:RNA helicase DDX5 (DEAD-box helicase 5) is a kind of ribosomal protein with many biological activities, which plays an important role in many biological processes such as ribosomal biosynthesis, cell proliferation and apoptosis, as well as coactivates many transcription factors. The new study found that DDX5 is a new marker of tumor diagnosis and prognosis because of its abnormal expression in breast cancer, prostate cancer, non-small cell lung cancer and other tumor tissues, which is involved in the regulation of tumor biological behavior. Exploring the mechanism of DDX5 in tumor may play an important role in diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. In this paper, the structure and function of DDX5 gene and protein, especially its research progress in tumor, are reviewed, and its research prospect is prospected.
