食管癌患者放疗期间营养不良预测因素分析

【摘要】:目的通过分析食管癌患者放疗期间营养状况,筛选营养不良的早期预测因子。方法采集120名初诊的食管癌患者放疗前后的体质量及就诊时的基本资料,分析影响其营养状况的相关因素。结果就诊时已有18例(15%)患者丢失≥10%的体质量,69例(57.5%)患者丢失≥5%的体质量;放疗期间,共有81.7%(98/120)的患者出现体质量减轻,其中体质量丢失≥5%的占70.0%(84/120),体质量减轻的范围为0.8~8.7 kg,平均值为5.4 kg。逐步回归发现,整体健康状况、体质量指数(BMI)、吞咽困难、疼痛、梗阻、卡氏评分(KPS)、病程、疲倦与放疗期间体质量减轻密切相关。结论食管癌患者普遍存在营养不良。整体健康状况、BMI、吞咽困难、疼痛、梗阻、病程、KPS及疲倦8个因素可以预测食管癌放疗期间营养不良。
[Abstract]:Objective to screen the early predictors of malnutrition by analyzing the nutritional status of esophageal cancer patients during radiotherapy. Methods the body mass of 120 newly diagnosed esophageal cancer patients before and after radiotherapy and the basic data before and after radiotherapy were collected and the related factors affecting their nutritional status were analyzed.
