TRAP1在食管癌中的表达及对预后的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨TRAP1表达与食管癌临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测TRAP1在60例食管癌组织及对应癌旁组织中的表达,并分析其表达水平与临床病理特征的关系,用Kaplan-Meier和Cox回归对食管癌患者进行生存分析。结果 TRAP1在食管癌组织中的阳性率为55.0%,蛋白相对表达量为2.7±1.1;癌旁组织中的阳性率为11.7%,蛋白相对表达量为0.5±0.4,TRAP1在食管癌组织中的表达显著高于癌旁组织(P0.05)。TRAP1表达与患者性别、年龄、发病部位、分化程度、病理类型无明显相关性(P0.05),与复发转移及TNM分期相关(P0.05)。TRAP1阴性患者的平均生存时间为69.0个月(95%CI:60.2~77.9),TRAP1阳性患者的平均生存时间为34.2个月(95%CI:24.4~44.1),TRAP1高表达与食管癌术后生存期短相关(P0.05)。结论 TRAP1在食管癌组织中过表达且与食管癌的进展及预后相关。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between TRAP1 expression and clinicopathological features and prognosis of esophageal carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of TRAP1 in 60 cases of esophageal carcinoma and its adjacent tissues. The relationship between the expression level and clinicopathological features was analyzed. The survival of esophageal cancer patients was analyzed by Kaplan-Meier and Cox regression. Results the positive rate of TRAP1 in esophageal carcinoma was 55.0, the relative expression of protein was 2.7 卤1.1, the positive rate of TRAP1 in adjacent tissues was 11.7and the relative expression of protein was 0.5 卤0.4. The expression of TRAP1 was significantly higher than that of paracancerous tissues (P0.05). The location of the disease, the degree of differentiation, The mean survival time of TRAP1 negative patients was 69.0 months (95%CI:60.2~77.9), the average survival time of TRAP1 positive patients was 34.2 months (95%CI:24.4~44.1), and the high expression of TRAP1 was correlated with the short survival time of esophageal carcinoma (P0.05). Conclusion the overexpression of TRAP1 in esophageal carcinoma is related to the progression and prognosis of esophageal carcinoma.
