宫颈癌组织中CDK8、p53、VEGF表达水平与肿瘤血管生成的关系研究

【摘要】:目的探讨宫颈癌组织中细胞周期依赖性蛋白激酶8(CDK8)、p53、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达水平,及其与肿瘤血管生成的关系。方法收集该院收治的宫颈癌患者60例,检测宫颈癌组织中CDK8、p53、VEGF及微血管密度(MVD),分析CDK8、p53、VEGF、MVD与宫颈癌患者主要临床特征的关系。结果 VEGF阳性患者MVD水平高于VEGF阴性患者(P0.05),CDK8阳性患者MVD水平高于CDK8阴性的患者(P0.05)。p53阳性与阴性患者MVD水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。与癌旁组织比较,宫颈癌组织中VEGF(+)、CDK8(+)、p53(+)及MVD水平升高(P0.05)。与宫颈癌国际妇产科联盟分期Ⅰ期患者相比,Ⅱ~Ⅳ期患者的VEGF(+)、CDK8(+)、p53(+)及MVD水平升高(P0.05)。与肿瘤细胞高分化患者相比,中、低分化患者的CDK8(+)水平升高(P0.05)。与鳞癌患者相比,腺癌患者的VEGF(+)和MVD水平升高(P0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,VEGF和CDK8是宫颈癌组织中MVD水平的影响因素(P0.05)。结论宫颈癌组织中CDK8、VEGF和p53蛋白表达水平升高,促进肿瘤细胞的生长和转移,CDK8、VEGF可能与肿瘤血管生成有关。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression levels of cell cycle dependent protein kinase 8 (CDK8), p53 and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) (VEGF) in cervical carcinoma and their relationship with tumor angiogenesis. Methods CDK8,p53,VEGF and microvessel density (MVD),) were detected in 60 patients with cervical cancer treated in our hospital. The relationship between CDK8,p53,VEGF,MVD and the main clinical features of cervical cancer was analyzed. Results the MVD level in VEGF positive patients was higher than that in VEGF negative patients (P0.05), and the MVD level in CDK8 positive patients was higher than that in CDK8 negative patients (P0.05). There was no significant difference in MVD level between p53 positive patients and CDK8 negative patients (P0.05). Compared with paracancerous tissues, the levels of VEGF (), CDK8 (), p53 () and MVD increased in cervical carcinoma (P0.05).
