不同分子亚型乳腺癌骨转移患者的临床特征和预后分析

【摘要】：目的探讨不同分子亚型乳腺癌骨转移患者的临床病理特征及预后。方法收集2007年9月1日至2011年9月1日于西安交通大学第一附属医院诊治的300例乳腺癌骨转移患者资料,回顾性分析其临床特征及预后。结果Luminal A型、Luminal B型、Her-2过表达型以及三阴性乳腺癌在本组乳腺癌骨转移患者(300例)中所占比率分别为59.0%、16.0%、13.7%和11.3%。4组患者在年龄、原发肿瘤大小和组织学分级方面的差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),而绝经状态、淋巴结转移、病理类型及脉管侵犯等指标差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。Kaplan-Meier生存分析显示,Luminal A型乳腺癌骨转移患者的中位生存时间为28.6月,高于Luminal B型(26.9月)、Her-2过表达型(20.9月)及三阴性(12.0月)乳腺癌骨转移患者。4组患者的总生存时间差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论不同亚型乳腺癌骨转移患者的临床特征和预后存在差异;Lumina A型乳腺癌骨转移患者预后较好,三阴性乳腺癌骨转移患者预后较差。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinicopathological features and prognosis of different molecular subtypes of breast cancer with bone metastasis. Methods from September 1, 2007 to September 1, 2011, 300 patients with bone metastasis from breast cancer were collected from the first affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University, and their clinical features and prognosis were analyzed retrospectively. Results the percentage of Luminal A type, Luminal B, Her-2 overexpression type and triple negative breast cancer in this group was 59.016.0% and 11.3.4%, respectively. The difference of primary tumor size and histological grade was statistically significant (P0.05), but menopausal status, lymph node metastasis, Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that the median survival time of patients with bone metastasis of, Luminal A breast cancer was 28.6 months, which was higher than that of Luminal B patients (26.9 months). Her-2 overexpression (20.9 months) and three-negative (12.0 months) breast cancer bone metastasis patients. 4 groups of patients with total survival time difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the clinical features and prognosis of patients with bone metastases from breast cancer with different subtypes are different. The prognosis of patients with bone metastasis of; Lumina A type breast cancer is better than that of patients with bone metastasis of triple negative breast cancer.
