常见肿瘤标志物的生物学变异的研究
[Abstract]:[objective] to study 10 common tumor markers: carcinoembryonic antigen, carbohydrate antigen 19-9, carbohydrate antigen 72-4, alpha-fetoprotein, chorionic gonadotropin, carbohydrate antigen 15-3, carbohydrate antigen 125, neuron-specific enolase. Biological variation of cytokeratin 19 fragment and total prostate antigen. [methods] the calibration and methodological performance of ROCHE e601 electroluminescent analyzer were evaluated according to the relevant evaluation documents of American Institute of Clinical Laboratory Standardization. By questionnaire, 120 healthy adults were selected to establish a reference range for the above tumor markers in our laboratory. In addition, 55 healthy adult volunteers were recruited to study the intra-individual biological variation and inter-individual biological variation of 10 common tumor markers in 55 healthy adult volunteers. Reference value and individual index. [results] (1) Intra-individual biological variation, inter-individual biological variation, reference variation value and individual index data of 10 common tumor markers were obtained. (2) the biological variation of different test items was different. The average in vivo biological variation of 10 common tumor markers in healthy adult volunteers was CA15-3,AFP and NSE,CA21-1. The other test items were between the two. (3) the biological variation of 10 common tumor markers in healthy adult volunteers, in which CA153 was small, CA19-9 was larger, The other test items were between the two. (4) the reference values of 10 common tumor markers in healthy adult volunteers were significantly different. (5) the individual index of each tumor marker in healthy adult volunteers was similar. [conclusion] (1) in this study, we obtained the biological variation database of 10 common tumor markers in Chinese laboratory. (2) the biological variation data of common tumor markers based on Chinese population were established. It is basically consistent with the database published by the Spanish Association of Clinical Chemistry and Molecular Pathology, but there are also differences in a small number of items. (3) the use of biological variation data to evaluate the population reference interval for tumor markers. Reference value and clinical application have important value.
