15348例宫颈癌不同治疗方式的住院费用研究

【摘要】：目的分析某省级肿瘤专科医院子宫颈恶性肿瘤患者住院费用的变动情况及变化趋势,为合理控制肿瘤病人住院费用提供量化的评价依据及有意义的参考。方法运用回归分析进行分析。结果回归分析结果显示,年龄、住院日、是否有并发症、是否使用医保、是否化疗、是否放疗、是否手术对住院费用都有显著影响。结论应有效降低住院日,开展子宫颈癌的早期筛查,切实降低患者的疾病负担。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the changes and trends of hospitalization expenses of patients with cervical cancer in a provincial cancer hospital, and to provide a quantitative evaluation basis and a meaningful reference for the reasonable control of hospitalization costs of cancer patients. Methods regression analysis was used. Results the results of regression analysis showed that age, length of stay, complications, use of medical insurance, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and surgery had significant effects on the cost of hospitalization. Conclusion the hospitalization days should be reduced effectively, the early screening of cervical cancer should be carried out, and the disease burden of patients should be reduced.
