食管鳞状细胞癌组织中EGFR和P-EGFR的表达及其临床意义
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the role of epidermal growth factor receptor (epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR) and phosphorylated epidermal growth factor receptor (phosphorylated epidermal growth factor receptor,P-EGFR) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,ESCC,). The relationship between expression and clinicopathological features and prognosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: immunohistochemical method (immunohistochemistry,IHC) was used to detect the expression of EGFR and P-EGFR in carcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues of 100 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. To analyze the relationship between the expression of EGFR and P-EGFR in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and the clinicopathological features and prognosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Results: (1) the positive expression rates of EGFR in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and paracancerous tissues were 72% (72 / 100) and 17% (17 / 100), respectively. The positive expression rates of P-EGFR in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its adjacent tissues were 64% (64 / 100) and 12% (12 / 100), respectively. The positive expression of EGFR protein was related to the differentiation degree, pT stage and lymph node metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (P0.01). (2) (P0.05), but not to sex, age and pTNM stage (P0.05). The expression of P-EGFR protein was related to the differentiation of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (P0.05), but not to sex, age, pT stage, pN stage and pTNM stage (P0.05). In addition, there was a positive correlation between the expression of EGFR and P-EGFR protein. (3) Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that the positive expression of EGFR and P-EGFR was higher than that of EGFR. The total survival time and disease-free survival of patients with low expression of EGFR and P-EGFR were better than those with high expression (P0.05). Conclusion: the expression of EGFR and P-EGFR is significantly correlated with the total survival and disease-free survival, suggesting that the expression of EGFR and P-EGFR may be a predictor of prognosis in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
