血清sIL-2R、VEGF与分化型甲状腺癌的相关性研究

【摘要】：目的:观察s IL-2R、VEGF在分化型甲状腺癌患者血清中的表达水平,探讨血清s IL-2R、VEGF与分化型甲状腺癌在发生、发展之间的关系,从而为甲状腺恶性肿瘤的早期诊断、严重程度、手术治疗方案及预后评价提供依据。方法:收集2014年5月至2015年2月于我省肿瘤医院头颈外科因甲状腺肿瘤住院患者的空腹血清标本33例,经手术后确诊,其中甲状腺良性肿瘤组14例,分化型甲状腺癌组19例,分别用酶联免疫分析(ELISA)方法测定血清中s IL-2R、VEGF浓度,并与19例健康人对照进行比较。结果:1.三组标本血清中s IL-2R含量比较,分化型甲状腺癌组分别高于甲状腺良性肿瘤组及健康人组,差异有统计学意义(P0.001),甲状腺良性肿瘤组高于健康人组,差异有统计学意义(P0.001)。2.三组标本血清中VEGF浓度比较,分化型甲状腺癌组分别高于甲状腺良性肿瘤组及健康人组,差异有统计学意义(P0.001),甲状腺良性肿瘤组高于健康人组,差异有统计学意义(P0.001)。3.不同病理类型的分化型甲状腺癌之间血清s IL-2R、VEGF浓度比较,无统计学意义。4.分化型甲状腺癌组中不同性别、不同年龄(40,≥40)之间两项指标比较无统计学差异。结论:1.分化型甲状腺癌患者血清s IL-2R、VEGF表达水平均高于甲状腺良性肿瘤患者和健康人,此指标可作为甲状腺良、恶性肿瘤鉴别参考指标之一。2.甲状腺良性肿瘤患者血清s IL-2R、VEGF表达均高于健康人,此指标可用于帮助诊断早期甲状腺病变。3.尚不能认为血清s IL-2R、VEGF浓度与分化型甲状腺癌的病理类型有关。4.尚不能认为分化型甲状腺癌患者血清s IL-2R、VEGF表达水平与年龄、性别有关。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the expression of s IL-2R,VEGF in serum of patients with differentiated thyroid carcinoma, and to explore the relationship between serum s IL-2R,VEGF and the occurrence and development of differentiated thyroid carcinoma. Severity, surgical treatment and prognostic evaluation provide evidence. Methods: from May 2014 to February 2015, the fasting serum samples of 33 patients with thyroid neoplasms in head and neck surgery department of our province tumor hospital were collected. After operation, there were 14 cases of benign thyroid tumor and 19 cases of differentiated thyroid carcinoma. Serum s IL-2R,VEGF levels were measured by Elisa (ELISA) method and compared with 19 healthy controls. Results: 1. The levels of serum s IL-2R in differentiated thyroid carcinoma group were higher than those in benign thyroid tumor group and healthy person group (P0. 001), and the level of s IL-2R in thyroid benign tumor group was higher than that in healthy person group (P0. 001). The difference was statistically significant (P0.001). The levels of serum VEGF in differentiated thyroid carcinoma group were higher than those in benign thyroid tumor group and healthy person group (P0. 001), and the level of VEGF in thyroid benign tumor group was higher than that in healthy person group (P0. 001).
