SBEM与Ki67在三阴乳腺癌组织中的表达对三阴乳腺癌患者的联合预测意义
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between the expression of SBEM and Ki67 and the clinicopathological features of Sanyin breast cancer. To explore the relationship between the expression of SBEM and Ki67 in breast cancer tissues and prognosis of patients with triple negative breast cancer. Materials and methods: a total of 97 female patients with triple yin breast cancer from September 2005 to March 2011 were selected and treated in the Army tumor diagnosis and treatment Center of Shenyang military region General Hospital from September 2005 to March 2011. The pathological data were collected from the tissue wax blocks of the Department of Pathology of Shenyang military region General Hospital, and the expression of mucin in breast epithelium was detected by PV9000 two-step method. The expression of Ki67, age, tumor size, tumor stage, pathological type, lymph node metastasis, recurrence and metastasis, BMI index, vascular tumor thrombus and other clinicopathological features were obtained by consulting clinical data of related cases. The expression of Ki67 in 5 patients was examined by re-staining. Patients were followed up for 49 months for survival, recurrence and metastasis. SPSS21.0 was used for statistical analysis to obtain the results. Pearson's 蠂 2 test was used to compare the metrological data among the subgroups, and K-M method was used to analyze the survival of the patients. Log-rank test was used to compare the survival curves between groups. All the test methods were bilateral test, P0.05 indicated that the difference was statistically significant. Results: the high expression rate of 1.SBEM was 57.7% (56 / 97), low expression or non-expression was 42.3% (41 / 97). The high expression rate of Ki67 was 60.8% (59 / 97). The low expression rate was 39.2% (38 / 97). SBEM was not correlated with the high expression of Ki67 (p0.05). The expression of 2.SBEM protein was correlated with lymph node metastasis, recurrence and metastasis, and was correlated with age, clinical stage, tumor size and pathological type. The expression of 3.Ki67 was correlated with tumor size, clinical stage, recurrence and metastasis. There was no correlation between age, lymph node metastasis, pathological type, vascular tumor thrombus, BMI index. The 5-year overall survival rate of patients with high expression of 4.SBEM and Ki67 was the worst (52.7% / 36). The 5-year survival rate was significantly higher than that in SBEM-Ki67- group (P0. 020). The 5-year overall survival rate of patients with high expression of SBEM and Ki67 was the worst (58.3 / 19 / 36), and the 5-year progression-free survival rate was statistically different from that of SBEM-Ki67- group (P0. 023). Conclusion: 1. SBEM was associated with lymph node metastasis, recurrence and metastasis, but not with age, clinical stage, tumor size, pathological type, vascular thrombus and BMI index. The expression of Ki67 was correlated with tumor size, clinical stage, recurrence and metastasis. There was no correlation between age, lymph node metastasis, pathological type, vascular tumor thrombus, BMI index. The high expression of 3.SBEM and Ki67 showed that the total survival and progression free survival of patients were lower than those of patients with low expression of both. 4. Combined detection of the expression of SBEM and Ki67 in the tissues of Sanyin breast cancer may be of great significance for the survival prediction and follow-up treatment of patients with triple negative breast cancer.
