食管癌不同分期的内窥镜表现与舌象关系的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:目前临床检查和确诊食管癌的途径大多为侵入性、患者体验不佳、或操作不便的,从而限制了其临床应用,因此寻找新的非侵入性的诊断方法对早期食管癌诊断十分必要。本研究拟通过观察食管癌患者的舌象变化,探讨舌象与食管癌及其分期的关系,为食管癌的诊断提供一种可能的非侵入性辅助诊断方法。材料和方法:本研究通过观察97例食管癌住院患者舌象、胃镜像,与其术后病理结果的相关性分析,探讨内镜和舌象在食管癌的诊断、分期中的作用,从而诊断监测早期食管癌。通过食管癌内镜下分期与病理结果之间的相关性分析,观察舌象在食管癌肿瘤的浸润深度及肿瘤的纵经长度等分级评估中的作用。结论:观察舌象变化,可以作为一种新型的非侵入性的临床诊疗途径用以早期提示和辅助诊断食管癌,并且通过舌象的变化使食管癌在“T”分期及肿瘤浸润深度方面尽可能的“早”和“浅”,增加手术机会,延长存活时间。
[Abstract]:Objective: at present, most of the methods of clinical examination and diagnosis of esophageal cancer are invasive, the patient experience is not good, or the operation is inconvenient, thus limiting its clinical application. Therefore, it is necessary to find new non-invasive diagnostic methods for early diagnosis of esophageal cancer. This study aims to explore the relationship between tongue image and esophageal carcinoma and its stages by observing the changes of tongue image in patients with esophageal cancer, and to provide a possible non-invasive assistant diagnostic method for esophageal cancer. Materials and methods: the purpose of this study was to investigate the role of endoscopy and tongue image in the diagnosis and staging of esophageal carcinoma by observing the correlation between tongue image and pathological results of 97 inpatients with esophageal carcinoma. Thus, early esophageal cancer was diagnosed and monitored. By analyzing the correlation between endoscopic staging and pathological results of esophageal carcinoma, the role of tongue image in the evaluation of depth of invasion and longitudinal meridian length of esophageal carcinoma was observed. Conclusion: the observation of tongue changes can be used as a new non-invasive clinical diagnosis and treatment approach for early warning and auxiliary diagnosis of esophageal carcinoma. The changes of tongue appearance can make esophageal carcinoma "early" and "shallow" in "T" stage and depth of tumor invasion, increase the chance of operation and prolong the survival time.
