醋酸乌利司他治疗子宫肌瘤的临床研究进展

【摘要】：子宫肌瘤是女性最常见的良性肿瘤之一,目前的治疗以手术治疗为主,术后复发率高,缺乏可以长期控制其进展的药物。醋酸乌利司他作为一种选择性孕激素受体调节剂,能够控制肌瘤的增长、减轻症状,且能够长期持续用药,为子宫肌瘤的药物治疗带来了新的希望。本文综述了目前醋酸乌利司他应用于子宫肌瘤治疗的有效性和安全性的相关研究。
[Abstract]:Uterine leiomyoma is one of the most common benign tumors in women. As a selective progesterone receptor modulator, Uli's acetate can control the growth of myoma, relieve the symptoms, and can be used continuously for a long time, which brings new hope for the drug treatment of uterine leiomyoma. This review reviews the current studies on the efficacy and safety of Uli stetrate acetate in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma.
