DEAD-box家族蛋白在癌症中的研究进展

【摘要】:DEAD-box家族蛋白是一类ATP依赖的RNA解旋酶,在RNA代谢的过程中发挥重要的作用。DEAD-box家族蛋白可通过调节癌基因和抑癌基因的表达及肿瘤相关信号通路等影响细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡,进而发挥促癌或抑癌的作用。
[Abstract]:DEAD-box family proteins are ATP-dependent RNA helicases that play an important role in the metabolism of RNA. Dead-box family proteins affect cell proliferation by regulating the expression of oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes and tumor-related signaling pathways. Differentiation, apoptosis, and then play a role in promoting or suppressing cancer.
