纳米技术在宫颈癌预防与诊治中应用的现状与分析

【摘要】:脂质体、聚合物纳米微粒、金属纳米颗粒、无机纳米粒、枝状聚合物和纳米胶束等纳米技术逐步用于宫颈癌的预防乃至疾病的诊断治疗,已经显示出良好的应用前景和发展潜力。通过纳米技术发展创新药物,不仅可以改善药物的理化特性,提高药物的稳定性,而且还可以提高药物的药理活性,减少毒副反应,从而增强药物效果。通过对纳米技术用于宫颈癌现状的总结,对纳米技术创新进行初步的探索,以推动纳米药物创新,提高宫颈癌诊断治疗水平。
[Abstract]:Liposomes, polymer nanoparticles, metal nanoparticles, inorganic nanoparticles, branched polymers and nano-micelles have been gradually used in the prevention of cervical cancer and even in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. It has shown a good application prospect and development potential. The development of innovative drugs by nanotechnology can not only improve the physicochemical properties and stability of drugs, but also improve the pharmacological activity of drugs, reduce toxic and side effects, and thus enhance the effect of drugs. In order to promote the innovation of nano-drugs and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer, the present situation of nano-technology used in cervical cancer was summarized, and the innovation of nano-technology was preliminarily explored.
