食管癌组织中Cystatin C表达变化及意义

【摘要】：目的观察食管癌组织中半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cystatin C)的表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法食管癌组织及癌旁正常组织各120例份,分别采用免疫组化法、实时荧光定量PCR法检测其Cystatin C,分析Cystatin C表达与食管癌临床病理参数及预后(按照Cystatin C表达水平分为高表达组91例、低表达组29例)的关系。结果食管癌、癌旁组织Cystatin C蛋白阳性表达率分别为75.83%(91/120)、24.17%(29/120),两组比较,P0.05;食管癌、癌旁组织Cystatin C mRNA相对表达量分别为1.68±0.24、1.12±0.31,两组比较,P0.05。Cystatin C表达与食管癌淋巴结转移、远处转移、临床分期有关(P均0.05),与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤直径、分化程度、浸润深度无关(P均0.05)。高表达组、低表达组术后5年总生存率分别为8.79%(8/91)、34.48%(10/29),术后生存时间分别为(29.19±2.07)、(45.58±2.96)个月,两组比较,P均0.05。结论食管癌组织中Cystatin C表达升高,其表达与食管癌淋巴结转移、远处转移、临床分期及患者预后相关;Cystatin C可以作为食管癌患者诊断、预后预测的指标以及治疗的潜在靶点。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the expression of cysteinase inhibitor C (Cystatin C) in esophageal carcinoma and to explore its significance.
