犬尿氨酸途径代谢酶与肿瘤的研究进展

【摘要】:犬尿氨酸途径代谢酶是一类含亚铁血红素的蛋白酶,能够将色氨酸催化成犬尿氨酸,造成色氨酸的减少和犬尿氨酸及其下游代谢产物大量累积,从而抑制T细胞增殖。越来越多的研究表明,这条途径在肿瘤的转移过程中扮演了重要的角色,然而目前关于这条途径与肿瘤关系的综述却很少,因此将回顾犬尿氨酸途径代谢酶与肿瘤的研究进展进行综述。此综述将阐述3种犬尿氨酸途径代谢酶的生物功能及其与肿瘤的关系,并且提供关于这个领域的未来发展方向,尤其是3种犬尿氨酸途径代谢酶抑制剂的研究发展及应用。
[Abstract]:Canine uricine pathway metabolizing enzyme is a kind of protease containing heme, which can catalyze tryptophan to canine uric acid, resulting in the decrease of tryptophan and the accumulation of dog uricine and its downstream metabolites, thus inhibiting the proliferation of T cells. More and more studies have shown that this pathway plays an important role in the process of tumor metastasis. However, there are few reviews on the relationship between this pathway and tumor. Therefore, the research progress of dog uridine pathway metabolic enzymes and tumors will be reviewed. This review will review the biological functions of three kinds of canine uridine pathway metabolic enzymes and their relationship with tumors, and provide the future development direction of this field, especially the research, development and application of three kinds of canine uridine pathway metabolic enzyme inhibitors.
