外泌体在肿瘤精准诊断与治疗中的研究进展

【摘要】:外泌体是一种细胞分泌的具有双层脂质膜结构的纳米级小囊泡,几乎所有类型的细胞均可分泌外泌体.外泌体携带核酸和蛋白质等多种具有生物活性的内容物,不但在细胞间信息交流和信号转导的过程中起着重要作用,而且参与了人体内各种病理生理过程.肿瘤来源的外泌体参与调控肿瘤的生长发展和侵袭转移等过程.外泌体在肿瘤的早期诊断、预后判断以及作为治疗工具方面的探索已经成为研究热点.对外泌体在肿瘤的发生发展、转移侵袭以及在肿瘤精准诊断与个体化治疗方面的进展作一综述.
[Abstract]:Exocrine is a kind of nanoscale vesicle secreted by cells with bilayer lipid membrane structure, and almost all types of cells can secrete exocrine. Exocrine carries nucleic acid, protein and other bioactive contents, which not only play an important role in the process of information exchange and signal transduction between cells, but also participate in various pathophysiological processes in the human body. Exocrine from tumor source is involved in the regulation of tumor growth, development, invasion and metastasis. Exocrine has become a hot research topic in the early diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of tumors. The progress of exocrine system in the occurrence and development of tumor, metastasis and invasion, as well as in accurate diagnosis and individualized treatment of tumor is reviewed.
