【摘要】：张志远教授从药店经理处得一秘方,知此方实为《金匮要略》苓甘姜味辛夏仁汤,但药店经理云:此方之应用有"巧"在其中。张先生还谈到祛痰四味药,在此四味药的用量方面有独特心得。其中,葶苈子、泽漆之经验得之于药店经理,桔梗、远志之经验得之于广东老中医和张山雷。张教授认为,苓甘姜味辛夏仁汤治咳,但祛痰之功不显,可加泽漆、葶苈子,则祛痰效果颇佳。不可因泽漆有毒、葶苈子有利水之作用而不敢用。桔梗、远志,亦为治痰止嗽之良药。其中,日本医者专用远志以化痰止嗽,颇有奇功。但国内医生知其化痰止嗽之功效,并付之实践者甚少,应引起注意。
