【摘要】：正丘墟透照海是临床常用的透刺组穴之一,首届国医大师贺普仁教授认为,此组透穴具有疏肝解郁、调气止痛的作用,一针二穴,不仅可以减轻患者疼痛,还可增强枢转少阳经气及阴经气血之功。笔者李岩为贺老入室弟子、学术继承人,侍诊中发现贺氏丘墟透照海与常规刺法有所不同,现将贺老针刺经验介绍如下,以飨读者。1丘墟透照海的解剖学基础根据骨骼标本(去软骨及其他组织)可以得知:
