【摘要】：切制是炮制中的重要组成部分。常用的400种植物类药材有206种需要进行切制成不同形状以供临床使用。国医大师金世元教授在中药炮制方面有很深的造诣,金老认为切制方法与成品片形直接影响到中药的质量与药效。饮片切制自古以来秉承"质坚宜薄""质松宜厚"的原则,根据药材性状可分为薄片、厚片、直片、斜片、丝、段、块等类型。通过饮片类型、形状可以反映出药材质量、真伪优劣、药用部位,并影响临床疗效。因此,强调传统饮片形状不仅是对饮片外观的要求,更是饮片质量的保证。
[Abstract]:The cutting system is an important part of the processing. There are 206 commonly used 400 species of plant herbs that need to be cut into different shapes for clinical use. Professor Jin Shiyuan, the master of Chinese medicine, has great attainments in the processing of Chinese medicine. Jin Lao thinks that the cutting method and the finished product shape directly affect the quality and efficacy of Chinese medicine. Since the ancient times, the decoction pieces have been adhering to the principles of "firm, firm and thin", "quality and pine should be thick". According to the characteristics of medicinal herbs, they can be divided into thin slice, thick slice, straight piece, oblique slice, wire, segment and block. The type and shape of the drink can reflect the quality of the medicinal materials, the true and false, and the medicinal parts, and influence the clinical effect. Therefore, the emphasis on the shape of traditional pieces is not only the requirement for the appearance of the pieces, but also the guarantee of the quality of the pieces.
