补肾活血调冲汤治疗肾虚血瘀型卵巢早衰的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:通过观察补肾活血调冲汤治疗肾虚血瘀型卵巢早衰的临床疗效,采用统计学软件进行分析,对总的临床疗效进行评价,为临床治疗卵巢早衰提供有效方剂及相关研究工作提供一定的思路。方法:本课题的研究运用自身治疗前后对照的方法,收集从2015年03月～2016年12月到黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院妇科门诊就诊,符合纳入标准被诊断为肾虚血瘀型卵巢早衰的患者45例,嘱患者口服补肾活血调冲汤进行治疗,连续服用三个月经周期,然后观察患者治疗前与治疗后临床症状积分与病情程度的改善、血清FSH与E2数值的变化以及总疗效的情况。结果:患者经过治疗后,临床症状积分有明显下降;患者的潮热汗出、性欲低下、腰酸膝软等症状也有显著的改变;不同的病情程度都有一定的改善,且轻度患者的有效率明显高于中度和重度的患者;血清FSH的积分较治疗前明显下降,E2的水平比治疗前有所上升,均具有统计学意义(P0.05);患者的综合疗效结果:痊愈1例,占2.22%;显效18例,占40.00%;有效23例,占51.11%;无效3例,占6.67%;总有效率为93.33%。结论:补肾活血调冲汤对于肾虚血瘀型卵巢早衰患者的治疗,有很好的临床疗效,可以有效地缓解卵巢早衰引起的一系列临床症状,同时可以使血清中的FSH降低,升高体内的E2水平,中药治疗本病后期疗效稳定。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue tune Chong Decoction in the treatment of premature ovarian failure with kidney deficiency and blood stasis by statistical software, and to evaluate the total clinical efficacy, so as to provide some ideas for effective treatment of premature ovarian failure and related research work. Methods: the study using self-control methods before and after treatment of the subject, collected from 2015 03 to December 2016 to the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine gynecological clinic, 45 patients met the inclusion criteria were diagnosed with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of premature ovarian failure, patients with BSHX Tiaochong decoction, taking three consecutive menstrual cycles. Then observe the patients before treatment and changes of clinical symptoms and the severity of disease, improve the serum FSH and E2 values after treatment and the total effect of the situation. Results: the patients after treatment, clinical symptom score decreased significantly; hot flashes sweating, low libido, soreness of waist and knee symptoms were also changed significantly; the different severity are improved, and the efficiency was significantly higher than that of patients with mild to moderate and severe patients; integral serum FSH than before treatment decreased E2 levels increased than before treatment, were statistically significant (P0.05); the comprehensive curative effect of the patients: 1 cases were cured, accounting for 2.22%; 18 cases were markedly effective, accounting for 40%; 23 cases were effective, accounting for 51.11%; 3 cases were ineffective, accounting for 6.67%; the total efficiency was 93.33%. Conclusion: Bushen Huoxue Soup for treatment of patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of premature ovarian failure, have a good clinical effect, can effectively alleviate a series of clinical symptoms of premature ovarian failure, while the serum FSH decreased, increased the level of E2 in vivo, traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease stable post effect.
