耳穴埋豆联合内关穴埋针防治乳腺癌化疗恶心呕吐的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:观察耳穴埋豆联合内关穴埋针预防及治疗乳腺癌患者化疗时引起恶心呕吐的疗效。方法:采取自身对照的方法对患者进行疗效观察。60例乳腺癌化疗患者均实行首次化疗采用静脉滴注盐酸托烷司琼进行单纯药物预防,第2疗程化疗则采用在药物预防的基础上增加耳穴埋豆加内关埋针干预治疗,连续3d观察患者在治疗期间恶心、呕吐等发生情况。结果:两组第1天总有效率无统计学差异,第2、3天总有效率显著提高(P0.05)。结论:对乳腺癌化疗患者进行耳穴埋豆联合内关穴埋针可有效防治因化疗而引起的迟发型恶心、呕吐,值得推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the curative effect of nausea and vomiting caused by auricular point sticking combined with acupoint embedding needle chemotherapy in prevention and treatment of breast cancer. Methods: self control method for patients to observe the curative effect of.60 patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy were performed first chemotherapy by intravenous tropisetron hydrochloride for simple drug prevention, second cycles of chemotherapy the increase of auricular beans with Neiguan needle embedding intervention treatment based on drug prevention, continuous observation of 3D patients during the treatment of nausea, vomiting incidence. Results: two groups of first days the total efficiency was no significant difference between the first 2,3 days of the total efficiency significantly improved (P0.05). Conclusion: the chemotherapy of breast cancer patients with auricular point sticking combined Neiguan point needle embedding can effectively cure by chemotherapy induced delayed nausea and vomiting, worthy of promotion.
