【摘要】：目的:本课题利用计算机技术建立刺灸法数据库,应用数据挖掘技术对经过筛选、录入的单纯应用耳穴疗法治疗疾病的文献数据进行提取、整理,总结耳穴疗法治疗疾病的适应病种、刺激方法的应用、治疗效果及针刺角度问题,探讨耳穴疗法在临床应用中的规律与特点,从而为临床应用提供参考和帮助。方法:1以耳穴疗法作为研究对象,阅读大量文献、书籍,确定文献收集范围,应用计算机检索并下载CNKI中耳穴疗法的相关文献(年限为1959年1月至2015年12月),确定纳入标准和排除标准,阅读全文,筛选、纳入符合单纯应用耳穴疗法治疗疾病的文献。2依据耳穴疗法的自身规律并参考已建立的火针、毫针刺法等数据库,创建耳穴疗法数据库平台,逐一录入文献信息,以便数据的挖掘。文献数据库记录了文献标题、期刊名称等基本信息和病名、科属、器具(药物)选择、疗效等详细信息。将信息进行规范化处理,制定统一的录入标准,选取部分符合纳入标准的文献进行预录入,对数据库中不完整及不科学的条目进行修正。3依据制定的统一的录入标准,逐篇录入符合单纯应用耳穴疗法治疗疾病的期刊文献、学位论文。为减少人工录入出现的误差,对录入的信息执行严格的三级审核制度,保证数据和信息的准确性。4设定耳穴疗法的适用病种、刺激方法、治疗效果及针刺角度等信息为研究内容,运用OLAP技术提取数据并加以整理、统计、分析,最终以图表的形式展现给研究者。结果:1录入文献、论文共1724篇,提取治疗组信息1777组,病种达211种,涉及内、外、妇、儿、皮肤及五官科各科。内科疾病应用频次最多,为863次;五官科频次为255次;外科频次为199次;妇科频次为195次;皮肤科频次为174次;儿科频次91次。病种个数依次为内科72个,五官科36个,外科28个,妇科26个,儿科26个,皮肤科23个;2耳穴疗法的刺激方法中应用最多的为贴压。在治疗过程中会同时用到两种或以上的方法,应用一种方法的有1709组,两种的有67组,三种方法的1组;3耳穴疗法在内、外、妇、儿、皮肤科中愈显率较高。在五官科中,放血法、放血法-贴压、注射法、激光照射法愈显率较高,其他刺激方法愈显率相对较低。注射法在所应用科属中愈显率均较高。除皮肤科,同科属中的放血法-贴压与放血法差距较小;4根据录入情况将针刺角度设计为平刺、斜刺、直刺、沿皮透刺、未提及,应用毫针刺法的文献为161篇,其中未提及(122),提及角度问题的有39篇,分别为直刺(27)、沿皮透刺(6)、斜刺(5)、平刺(1)。结论:耳穴疗法临床应用广泛,应用于各科,其中内科频次最多;刺激方法中,临床应用贴压最广泛,其中王不留行应用最多;耳穴疗法的效果显著;耳穴疗法中的针刺角度问题具有很广泛的研究空间。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a database of acupuncture and moxibustion in this paper by using computer technology, the application of data mining in data after screening, the simple application of auricular therapy disease treatment entry literature extraction, sorting, summary of auricular therapy on disease to disease, application of stimulation method, therapeutic effect and acupuncture point of view, to explore the regularity and characteristics of auricular therapy in in clinical application, so as to provide reference and help for clinical application.
