【摘要】：胆汁反流相关性疾病是指由于胆汁反流入胃或者食管所致的胆汁反流性胃炎和胃食管反流病,临床表现为:胃脘灼热感,胸骨后不适,胸闷胸痛,嗳气反酸,恶心呕吐,咳嗽等。顾庆华教授认为肝胆失疏,胃失和降为发病之本;肺失宣肃,阳郁气滞为病机之重;寒饮、痰热、瘀血为主要病理因素。治疗重视恢复肝胆脾胃的生理功能,根据肺胃同治,降胃还当肃肺,胸阳不振,宽胸开肺和络,并祛除寒饮、痰热、瘀血等病理因素,常用药物为:柴胡,芍药,炒枳壳,制香附,代赭石,旋覆花,薤白,瓜蒌等。
[Abstract]:Bile reflux related disease refers to bile reflux gastritis and gastroesophageal reflux disease caused by bile reflux into stomach or esophagus. The clinical manifestations are: stomachburn sensation, discomfort after sternum, chest tightness and chest pain, belching and acid regurgitation. Nausea, vomiting, cough, etc. Professor Gu Qinghua believes that the liver and gallbladder lost, gastric disharmony is the cause of the disease; Lung loss Xuansu Yang stagnation of qi for the pathogenesis of the heavy; Cold drink, phlegm heat, blood stasis are the main pathological factors. The treatment attaches importance to restore the physiological function of liver, gallbladder, spleen and stomach, according to the same treatment of lung and stomach, reducing stomach should also be Su lung, chest yang lack, wide chest opening lung and collaterals, and dispelling cold drink, phlegm heat. Blood stasis and other pathological factors, commonly used drugs are: Bupleurum, paeoniflorin, fried Fructus Aurantii, the making of Amur, ochre, rotation flowers, Allium macrostemon, Trichosanthes trichosanthis and so on.
