基于中医治未病理论的个人健康知识库构建思路

【摘要】："治未病"在中医里的主要思想是未病先防和既病防变,侧重于对个人健康的治理。文章从通过分析个人健康信息的来源,从个人健康知识表达的角度,讨论了症状的属性、症状与症状、症状与证之间的关系,提出了个人健康知识库的结构、构建过程和构建方法。通过构建个人健康知识库,可以促进个人健康信息高效地管理和利用,为个人健康信息共享从语义层提供统一的规范化表达。与此同时,可以加速中医症状和证的规范化,更可为中医个性化医疗提供决策支持。
[Abstract]:The main idea of "treating disease before illness" in traditional Chinese medicine is to prevent disease before illness and disease to prevent change, focusing on the management of personal health. This article analyzes the sources of personal health information and expresses personal health knowledge. This paper discusses the attributes of symptoms, the relationship between symptoms and symptoms, and the relationship between symptoms and syndromes, and puts forward the structure, construction process and methods of personal health knowledge base. It can promote the efficient management and utilization of personal health information, and provide unified and standardized expression for the sharing of personal health information from the semantic level. At the same time, it can accelerate the standardization of TCM symptoms and syndromes. It can also provide decision support for individualized medical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
