探讨健脾益胃汤用于慢性萎缩性胃炎患者治疗的临床价值

【摘要】：目的分析健脾益胃汤用于慢性萎缩性胃炎患者治疗的临床价值。方法 70例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组实行常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加入健脾益胃汤治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果与不良反应发生情况。结果经过治疗后,观察组痊愈22例(62.86%),有效12例(34.29%),无效1例(2.86%),总有效率为97.14%;对照组痊愈14例(40.00%),有效10例(28.57%),无效11例(31.43%),总有效率为68.57%;观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组患者出现呕吐1例(2.86%),恶心1例(2.86%),不良反应发生率为5.71%;对照组患者出现呕吐8例(22.86%),恶心9例(25.71%),不良反应发生率为48.57%;观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论将健脾益胃汤用于慢性萎缩性胃炎患者治疗中,能够有效缓解患者各项临床症状,减少胃黏膜炎性反应,安全性高,值得在临床推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical value of spleen and stomach soup for treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods 70 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine western medicine treatment, the observation group in the control group based on the treatment of adding Jianpi Yiwei decoction, and the incidence of the adverse reaction of patients with the treatment effect of two groups were compared. Results after treatment, 22 cases were cured (62.86%), effective in 12 cases (34.29%), invalid in 1 cases (2.86%), the total effective rate was 97.14%; the control group 14 cases were cured (40%), effective in 10 cases (28.57%), 11 cases were invalid (31.43%), the total effective rate was 68.57%; the total efficiency of the observation group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The patients in the observation group were vomiting occurred in 1 cases (2.86%), 1 cases of nausea (2.86%), the incidence of adverse reaction was 5.71%; the control group there were 8 cases of vomiting (22.86%), 9 cases of nausea (25.71%), adverse reaction Should the occurrence rate was 48.57%; the incidence of adverse reactions than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Jianpi Yiwei Decoction for the treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis, can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients, reduce gastric mucosal inflammatory reaction, high safety, worthy of promotion.
