【摘要】："一源多流、流派纷呈"是中医临床与学术传承创新的基本特征,是贯穿于中医发展史的一个突出现象,是中医临床特色优势的体现,也是打造名医和培养高素质中医人才的重要途径。继承是中医学术发展的首要,历史上产生了许多学术流派,丰富了中医的学术思想,发展了中医诊疗方法。本课题通过查阅整理浙江灸法发展史料,梳理流派传承脉络,采用口述史、社会史等研究方法整理收集文献,对灸法专家及相关人员调研,整理灸法发展中的重大事件,深入挖掘整理流派历代传人传记及代表性著作、典籍、医话等文史资料,概括整理了浙江灸法的古代源流,从晋代葛洪的《肘后备急方》到明代杨继洲的《针灸大成》,以时间为轴线,梳理出浙江灸法的理论源流,同时整理了现代灸法学术流派研究进展,以周楣声等在灸法方面有特殊贡献的医家为代表,简述了全国灸法的发展。其次,提炼整理了四家近代浙江灸法流派的学术思想、诊疗技术和临床经验,分别是以严定梁为代表人物的严氏灸法、以施延庆为代表人物的施氏灸法、以高镇五为代表人物的高氏灸法、以罗诗荣为代表人物的罗氏灸法。其后,总结了浙江的特色灸法以及浙江灸法的特点,即重视经典、针灸药并用、灸法种类丰富、开拓创新。最后概括介绍了浙江灸法对全国灸法产生的影响。
[Abstract]:"one source, many streams, various schools" is the basic feature of TCM clinical and academic inheritance and innovation, a prominent phenomenon running through the history of TCM development, and the embodiment of the advantages of TCM clinical characteristics. It is also an important way to build famous doctors and cultivate high-quality Chinese medicine talents. Inheritance is the primary development of Chinese medicine academic history has produced many academic schools enriched the academic thinking of traditional Chinese medicine. This topic through the review of Zhejiang moxibustion development of historical materials, combing the school heritage, oral history, social history and other research methods to sort out the collection of literature. To investigate the experts and related personnel of moxibustion, sort out the major events in the development of moxibustion, dig and sort out the literary and historical materials such as the biographies and representative works, classics, medical words and so on. Summarized the ancient source of Zhejiang moxibustion, from GE Hong of Jin Dynasty to Yang Jizhou of Ming Dynasty, combed out the theoretical origin of Zhejiang moxibustion. At the same time, the research progress of academic schools of modern moxibustion is summarized, and the development of moxibustion in the whole country is briefly described with Zhou Mei Sheng and other doctors who have made special contributions in moxibustion. Abstract four modern Zhejiang moxibustion schools of academic thought, diagnosis and treatment technology and clinical experience, respectively, Yan Dingliang as the representative of Yan's moxibustion, Shi Yanqing as the representative of the moxibustion method. Gao's moxibustion method with Gao Zhen five as the representative character, Luo Shirong as the representative character's Luo's moxibustion method. Then, summarized the characteristic moxibustion method of Zhejiang and the characteristic of Zhejiang moxibustion method, that is, attach importance to classics, acupuncture and medicine combination. The variety of moxibustion is abundant, and the influence of Zhejiang moxibustion on national moxibustion is summarized.
