坤灵丸治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:探讨对功能失调性子宫患者加用坤灵丸后的治疗效果。方法:选取功能失调性子宫出血患者212例,运用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者运用妈富隆联合坤灵丸治疗,共110例;对照组运用妈富隆治疗,共102例。观察两组治疗后患者出血情况和体内性激素变化情况。结果:(1)观察组出血控制时间和完全止血时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.01);(2)两组患者治疗后促卵泡生成素、黄体生成素和雌激素明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P0.01);观察组治疗后促卵泡生成素、黄体生成素和雌激素明显低于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);(3)观察组总治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:在应用妈富隆基础上加用坤灵丸能够达到快速止血作用,患者治疗效果好,值得在临床上推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the dysfunction with Kunling pills after treatment of uterus. Methods: selected patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding in 212 patients, using the random number table method were divided into observation group and control group, the observation group were treated with Marvelon combined with Kunling pills for treatment, the control group using a total of 110 cases; Marvelon, a total of 102 cases. The changes of body and sex hormones in patients with hemorrhage of two groups were observed after treatment. Results: (1) the observation group to control bleeding time and bleeding time was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.01); (2) two groups of patients after treatment with FSH, LH hormone and estrogen was significantly lower than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P0.01); the observation group after treatment of FSH, LH and estrogen was significantly lower than the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); (3) the observation group total treatment Efficiency is significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: the application of Marvelon plus Kunling pills can achieve rapid hemostasis, with good curative effect, worthy of clinical application.

【正文快照】： 功能失调性子宫出血指的是在各种原因导致的患者神经内分泌功能失调,导致患者体内雌激素水平异常,从而引起子宫异常的出血,是妇科常见的疾病之一[1]。功能失调性子宫出血可发生于女性自月经初潮至绝经期间任何年龄段,治疗难度大,常迁延不愈,对女性生理及心理均有较大的影响。
