【摘要】：正功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)是临床常见的众多功能性胃肠疾病之一~([1]),指以反复或持续上腹部疼痛或不适为典型症状,如餐后饱胀、早饱、上腹痛、上腹烧灼感等,排便后不能缓解,排除可解释症状的器质性疾病的一组良性消化道疾病~([2])。该病全球发病率较高,但目前对发病机制尚未明确。西医治疗主要有抑制胃酸药、促胃动力药、幽门螺杆菌根治
[Abstract]:Positive functional dyspepsia (FDD) is one of the most common functional gastrointestinal diseases. [The typical symptoms are repeated or persistent epigastric pain or discomfort, such as fullness after meal, early satiety, upper abdominal pain, burning sensation of upper abdomen, etc., which can not be alleviated after defecation. A group of benign digestive tract diseases that exclude organic diseases that can explain symptoms. [2. The global incidence of the disease is relatively high, but at present the pathogenesis is not clear. Western medicine is mainly used to inhibit gastric acid, promote gastric motility, and radical cure of Helicobacter pylori.
