【摘要】：中医药调控肝再生是提升中医/中西医结合防治肝脏病证及其相关病证的能力和水平的重要途径与方法。"生机学说"、"肝主生发"等中医药理论的继承创新是中医药调控肝再生的理论基础,"髓生肝"的生理机制、"髓失生肝"的病理机制及"补肾生髓成肝"的疗效机制是中医药调控肝再生的生物学基础,"补肾生髓成肝"治疗肝脏病证的循证医学证据是临床推广应用的科学依据。
[Abstract]:The regulation of liver regeneration by TCM is an important way and method to improve the ability and level of TCM / TCM combined with Western medicine to prevent and treat liver diseases and related syndromes. The inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine theory such as "liver control and growth" is the theoretical basis of regulating liver regeneration and the physiological mechanism of "generating liver with marrow". The pathological mechanism of "lost liver with pulp" and the mechanism of curative effect of "tonifying kidney and generating marrow into liver" are the biological basis of regulating liver regeneration by traditional Chinese medicine. Evidence-based medical evidence for the treatment of liver disease by tonifying kidney and generating marrow and forming liver is the scientific basis for clinical popularization and application.
