防风通圣汤口服联合局部用药治疗肛门瘙痒症的临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的 运用老师经验方防风通圣汤口服联合局部用药治疗肛门瘙痒症,观察中医辨证论治与局部用药的临床疗效,特别是观察远期疗效,分析标本兼治在肛门瘙痒症治疗中的临床价值。方法 规定肛门瘙痒症的各类标准和观察项目。在一定时间内,将符合纳入标准的患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。其中治疗组30例,给予防风通圣汤口服配合肤疾洗剂外洗、普济痔疮栓纳肛。对照组30例,只给予肤疾洗剂外洗,普济痔疮栓纳肛。采用积分法观察评定各项观察指标,并进行统计学分析,得出结论。结果 使肛门瘙痒症患者在年龄、性别、病程、分类及辨证分型方面呈正态分布,具有可比性(P?0.05)。治疗组与对照组在缓解肛门瘙痒症状、恢复皮损和近期疗效方面,均无明显差异(P?0.05)。但经随访治愈患者,治疗组明显优于对照组(P?0.01)。结论 局部治疗肛门瘙痒症具有可靠的临床疗效;运用防风通圣汤口服配合肤疾洗剂外洗、普济痔疮栓纳肛能够提高远期疗效;充分体现中医标本兼治在治疗肛门瘙痒症中的意义;说明老师运用的防风通圣汤是治疗肛门瘙痒症的有效方剂。
[Abstract]:Objective to treat anal pruritus by oral administration of Fangfeng Tongsheng decoction, a teacher's experience prescription, and to observe the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and local medication, especially the long-term curative effect. To analyze the clinical value of both symptoms and symptoms in the treatment of anal pruritus. Methods all kinds of standards and observation items of anal pruritus were stipulated. Within a certain period of time, 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were included. The patients in the treatment group were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 30 cases in the treatment group were treated with Fangfeng Tongsheng decoction combined with Fuji lotion, and 30 cases in the control group were treated with Fuji lotion only. However, the treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion Local treatment of anal pruritus has a reliable clinical effect. Using Fangfengtong Shengtang oral combined with Fuji lotion external wash, Pushi hemorrhoids suppository anus can improve long-term results; Fully reflect the clinical significance of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of anal pruritus; It shows that Fangfeng Tongsheng decoction used by teachers is an effective prescription for anal pruritus.
