参芍宁心饮加减治疗气阴两虚型病毒性心肌炎的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:观察参芍宁心饮加减治疗气阴两虚型病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例气阴两虚型病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用参芍宁心饮加减治疗。2周为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后,对两组的中医症候疗效、综合疗效、心电图疗效、治疗前后心肌损伤标志物[心肌肌钙蛋白T(c Tn T)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CKMB)]改善情况进行判定和统计学分析。结果:中医症候疗效治疗组总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的80.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);综合疗效治疗组总有效率为90.0%,高于对照组的83.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);心电图疗效治疗组总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的80.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组治疗后c Tn T、LDH、CK、CK-MB改善,均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:参芍宁心饮加减治疗气阴两虚型病毒性心肌炎疗效确切,可作为临床治疗本病的可选方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Shenshao Ningxin Decoction Treatment of Qi and yin deficiency of viral myocarditis. Methods: 60 cases of patients with viral myocarditis of Qi Yin deficiency type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment, the treatment group in the conventional treatment based on the use of Shenshao Ningxin Decoction for the treatment of.2 weeks for 1 courses, 1 courses of treatment, the curative effect of TCM syndrome, two groups of comprehensive efficacy, ECG efficacy before and after treatment, cardiac troponin T (C Tn T), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase isoenzyme (CKMB)] determination and statistical analysis to improve the situation. Results: the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group, the total effective rate was 93.3%, higher than 80% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the efficacy of the treatment group the total effective rate was 90%, higher than 83.3% in the control group, the difference With statistical significance (P0.05); ECG treatment group total effective rate was 93.3%, higher than 80% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); after treatment, C Tn T, LDH, CK, CK-MB, were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: Shenshao Ning the heart decoction treatment of Qi and yin deficiency virus myocarditis curative effect, the optional method can be used in the clinical treatment of the disease.

【正文快照】： 病毒性心肌炎(viral myocarditis,VMC)是由病毒感染所致的局限性或弥散性心肌炎性病变。在急性病毒感染者中,VMC的发病率可达5%~15%[1-2],可迁延而导致心律失常和房室传导阻滞,部分患者可发展为扩张型心肌病。近年来,该病的发病率有逐年上升的趋势,严重威胁儿童和青壮年健康。
