论病机的双向调节的影响因素

【摘要】：由于病程过程的复杂性,临床常出现病机双向调节的现象。文章分别从"疾病发展阶段""疾病转归阶段"两个方面,分析和挖掘了影响病机发展方向的因素。根据疾病病机的认识层面差异,进行病机"从性"的分析探究。疾病发展阶段,体质差异是影响病机"从化"方向的重要因素,地域、环境、气候和生活环境以及时间等因素也对病机的双向"从化"产生重要影响;疾病转归方面,相同的中药、针灸、推拿等治疗方法均可以对病机相反的疾病起到治疗作用,说明这些因素既可以调整病机从化出"双向"疾病,也可以调整双向病机向相同的方向汇聚发展。文章对今后病机双向调节相关的临床或是实验研究提供探索思路。
[Abstract]:Because of the complexity of the disease process, clinical disease often machine phenomenon.
