益气活血针刺法治疗中风后偏身麻木的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的：观察益气活血针刺法治疗中风后偏身麻木的临床疗效方法：将中风后偏身麻木的患者60例,按照就诊的顺序,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,两组均给予西医常规治疗,对照组予以针刺穴位：百会、曲鬓、肩毭、曲池、手三里、外关、合谷、足三里、阳陵泉、三阴交、解溪、太冲,留针50分钟；治疗组在对照组针刺穴位基础上加气海、血海,留针50分钟。两组均每日针刺治疗1次,连续治疗6天,休息1天,共治疗4周。采用FMMS感觉和运动评分量表(详见附录1)评定两组患者的治疗效果,并参照《中风病诊断与疗效评定标准》(详见附录2)评估其临床疗效。结果：1.两组患者疗后FMMS感觉功能评分较疗前有所提高(P0.05),治疗组FMMS感觉功能评分提高幅度大于对照组明显(P0.05)；2.两组患者疗后FMMS运动功能评分较疗前有所提高(P0.05),治疗组FMMS运动功能评分提高幅度大于对照组(P0.05)3.两组患者临床疗效：总有效率治疗组为90.00%,对照组为83.33%,无显著性差异(P0.05),结论 1.益气活血针刺法治疗中风后偏身麻木疗效确切。2.益气活血针刺法在改善中风后偏身麻木症状、提高运动功能方面优于常规针刺法。
[Abstract]:Objective: clinical curative effect observation method hemianesthesia Yiqi Huoxue acupuncture treatment of stroke after stroke: hemianesthesia patients 60 cases, according to the order of the hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group, two groups were given conventional western medicine treatment, the control group was given acupuncture points: Baihui, Qu head, shoulder Dou, Quchi, hand three years, foreign relations, Hegu, Zusanli, Yanglingquan, Sanyinjiao, Taichong, JieXi, the needle for 50 minutes; the treatment group in the control group of acupuncture plus air sea, sea of blood, the needle for 50 minutes. The sensory and motor FMMS scale (see Appendix 1) evaluation of the therapeutic effect of two groups, and in the light of "stroke diagnosis and efficacy evaluation standards" (see Appendix 2) to assess its clinical curative effect. Results: 1. patients in the two groups after treatment FMMS score of sensory function before treatment Increased (P0.05), treatment group FMMS sensory function score was greater than control group significantly (P0.05); 2. patients in the two groups after treatment FMMS scores increased compared with before treatment (P0.05), treatment group FMMS scores improved greater than the control group (P0.05 3.) two groups of patients with clinical curative effect: the total the efficiency of the treatment group was 90%, 83.33% in the control group, no significant difference (P0.05, 1.) conclusion Yiqi Huoxue acupuncture therapy after stroke hemianesthesia.2. curative effect of Yiqi Huoxue acupuncture method in improving stroke hemianesthesia symptoms, improve motor function is better than conventional acupuncture.
