【摘要】:本研究运用LC-MS技术分析藏药莪达夏水部位体外化学成分、给药后大鼠血浆和肝微粒体中的移行成分。采用Diamondsil C18色谱柱梯度洗脱进行分离,负离子模式下采集谱图。通过文献比对,综合分析总离子流图等信息,对莪达夏水部位的化学成分及其体内移行成分进行定性研究。共推断出莪达夏水部位中40个化学成分,其中包括24个黄酮类成分、2个酰胺类化合物、1个糖苷类化合物和13个其它类化合物;确定给药后血浆中发现了8个原型成分和4个代谢物。该研究能够为阐明藏药莪达夏的药效物质基础提供一定依据,也对进一步研究藏药莪达夏有重要意义。
[Abstract]:In this study, LC-MS technique was used to analyze the in vitro chemical constituents of the Tibetan drug Erdaxia. The transitory components in plasma and liver microsomes of rats were separated by Diamondsil C18 column gradient elution after administration, and the spectra were collected under negative ion mode. Based on the analysis of the information of total ion flow diagram, the chemical constituents and their internal migration components of the water site of Erdaxia were studied qualitatively. 40 chemical constituents in the water site of Erdaxia were inferred. It includes 24 flavonoids, 2 amides, 1 glycoside and 13 other compounds. Eight prototypes and four metabolites were found in plasma after administration. This study can provide a basis for elucidating the substance basis of Tibetan medicine Erdasha, and it is also of great significance for further study of Tibetan medicine Erdasha.
